Seriously, we talk about CBT and DBT and how I see those models fitting in with IFS. We talk about the enneagram - of course!- and how parts play into it.
.
For example, I share about the importance of connection for me as an enneagram three (heart center). I have manager parts that work very hard to make sure I have connection and then firefighter parts who come in when there’s disconnection.
.
In the extra special after party that you can only get with their Patreon account, I find the words that I can’t find in the episode. Hint: connection is important for heart center type two, three and four. What is it for the gut and head types ?!?
.
In the after party I also get super vulnerable about the things I don’t talk about… miscarriages, and infertility … in case you’re new here 🙈
