Tammy offers two types of Consultation. Both are done one on one in a 50 minute session format. Both are a combination of teaching the model and ‘going inside’ to work with your own internal system.
For any mental health professional (Coach, Therapist, Practitioner) who is interested in learning about and experiencing the IFS model of psychotherapy.
For anyone who has completed Level One of the IFS training with the IFS Institute and is looking to become Certified or to deepen their understanding of the model or their system. Tammy is a Certified IFS Consultant who is able to assist you in your certification process.
Tammy is available for one-on-one IFS consultations. As a Certified Supervisor with the IFS Institute, she assists clients seeking certification; needing guidance to deepen their own internal experience after completing IFS training; and those who want to learn more about the IFS model.
With apology,Tammy is currently not taking new private practice clients.
Cigna Insurance accepted. All other insurances are no longer accepted. 50 minute hour session: $150 (Check, Credit Card, Venmo or Paypal accepted). Due to Covid, all appointments are via Zoom.

Once you have an appointment, please fill out the Initial Intake and the HIPPA forms (you do not need to fill out the symptom checklist).
